These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grow More Co.'s website and services. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Grow More Co. provides facility coordination and vendor management services including but not limited to:
- Vendor dispatch and coordination
- Work order management and documentation
- Invoice matching and reconciliation
- Daily operational reporting
- After-hours and emergency dispatch support
- Vendor sourcing and onboarding
The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
2. Free Trial
We offer a complimentary 2-week trial period to new clients. During this period:
- No payment is required
- All work performed is subject to these Terms
- Either party may discontinue without obligation
- An NDA will be signed before any client data is shared
3. Confidentiality
Grow More Co. treats all client data, vendor information, work orders, and business details as strictly confidential. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients prior to engagement. Our team operates under strict data handling protocols including secure VPN access and no storage of client data on personal devices.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Grant necessary system access to perform agreed services
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Pay for services as agreed in the Service Agreement
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, rates, and invoicing schedules will be outlined in the individual Service Agreement between Grow More Co. and the client. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Grow More Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, all client data will be returned or securely destroyed as requested.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction agreed upon in the Service Agreement. For US clients, disputes will be subject to the laws of the applicable US state unless otherwise agreed.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
